Why SustIDX

Sustainability is increasingly relevant to corporate strategy and financial markets, yet the information used to assess it is fragmented, inconsistently defined and often compressed into opaque scores. SustIDX is an independent research project exploring a more transparent approach: combine market data, company fundamentals and sustainability evidence while making the methodology and assumptions visible.

What SustIDX does

The platform currently develops company research, market intelligence and systematic analytical tools. These form the research foundation for transparent rules-based sustainability indices currently under development in Index Lab.

Principles

• Independent — Research-led rather than product-led.
• Systematic — Explicit methodology rather than ad hoc judgement.
• Transparent — Sources, assumptions and limitations are exposed.
• Open to challenge — Methods can be inspected, tested and improved.

Creator

Orestis Delardas — engineer and sustainability researcher working across energy, markets and corporate sustainability. SustIDX connects to Megawatt Mirage without merging the two identities: Orestis Del is the research voice; SustIDX is the systematic research infrastructure.
